Our recommendation would be to cut the weeds down low with a weed eater and then spray them with a weed killer (Roundup, etc). Between the loss of sunlight with the straw application and the weed killer, you should have good results.

We will put the bales basically anywhere you would like within 15 feet of where we can park the truck. Most deliveries are dropped off either at the end of the driveway or on a pine island in the front yard.
